Step 1.

For A Site Evaluation.

We will get important information as to the location of your space, the volume of traffic we can expect, and whether there are special requests on the type of inventory that would resonate with customers or the location.

Step 2. FREE Consultation On Solutions

We will set up a time to discuss what vending solutions are recommended (Pantry or Fridge, Freezer coming soon) and discuss placement of the machine. We will discuss our charitable goals with the placement and work together to identify target charities. We will curate a list of products to initially stock, and these will be constantly evaluated for customer appeal.

Step 3. ZERO Risk Agreement Established.

Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED! We welcome constant feedback on our services, such as product choices and stocking schedules. No contracts are needed as we only seek mutually beneficial partnerships to grow our charitable efforts, though we always encourage a 3 or 6 month trial period to ensure we are the best fit!

Step 4. Set Up & Installation

Our team will schedule the setup date and take care of all the necessary delivery, unpacking, and stocking to get the micromart up and running. There will be ZERO costs or efforts from your organization, outside of opening the door! Our machines take up about 3 x 3 ft of space and weigh under 350lbs.

Step 5. Follow Up and Customer Satisfaction

Your delight in our services is our main priority. We utilize NEW machines in every location, backed by manufacturer warranties, so our anticipation is that there will be minimal downtime or problems; however, in the event our clients ever need urgent servicing, GiveBack ensures a response within 24-48 hours. We will ensure our machines are maintained and cleaned with every stocking visit. As new technology develops, we will consider new machines for select locations.
